@kicker44 There ARE a ton of famous Asian musicians making music. Go to Asia and see for yourself. They aren’t famous over here for the most part, because we have our own guitar gods. The reason we see their kids on youtube is because not many of ours are this good this early (probably because Asian families are more into the whole work ethic thing). Jackie Chan is really more of a musician than a movie star, for example, but we never see his music in the US. Why? Because it’s too Chinese!

@kicker44 it seems to me at least, is that the media here in North America is really biased against the Asian ethnicity. There’s very few representations in movies, mainstream music etc. It’s something that we don’t really think too much about i guess. i dunno.
